[foxboro] FoxCAE 4.0

Hi every one,
I install FoxCAE 4.0 first time, when I open it, it ask for user ID and
Password and all buttons are disabled except "cancel and help".
Can any one help me how to get in the FoxCAE database first time and how to
create new account.
I tried User ID : Admin and Password : password but to use I also tried many
other combinations too.
