[foxboro] FoxAPI V4.3 (was: hello)

Actually, I'm glad you brought that up.

V4.3 was released as part of the V8.0. 

V4.3 will be released as part of V7.1.1, and 6.5.2 releases.

V4.3 is supposed to be released as K0200YC-B for customers who are not
upgrading. The plan is to have a set of these CDs available to those that
need them through Field Service.

The distribution of the CDs has not occurred. I'm not sure of the cause of
the delay, but I'm working on it.
