[foxboro] Failed CP40B

I have a FT CP40B that just died.  I believe it is a power issue since I get 
neither the red or green light on the module to light up.  I've moved it around 
in the nest and get nothing in other slots as well.
 
Foxboro wants an arm and a leg for an exchange, as does anyone I found who can 
repair or exchange them.  Does anyone know of surplus equipment available?
 
Is there a fuse in this module?  I've looked inside and wasn't able to find 
anything obvious.
 
Any help is greatly appreciated.
