(CNN) -- Investigators looking at the cause of the deadly crash of US
Airways Express/Air Midwest Flight 5481 are interviewing mechanics at the
facility where work was done on a key flight control component to see if
that might have played a role in the disaster.

Michael Otto Sullivan, 44, was vice president of sales for Cape Software and
lived in Newtown Square in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Donna, and
two little girls. The family had moved from Texas about a year ago, said
neighbor Maria Southron, who called Sullivan a devoted father.

I just spoke with the CAPE office to verify this tragedy.  Arrangements will
be determined later due to the nature of this situation.  For those of you
that knew Mike, I ask that you keep Mike's family in your thoughts and
prayers.
