Does anyone have any experience with RS485 communication with FBM230 using
fiber. We use B&B converters to convert the RS485 to fiber and back
again on the other end. We drop communication sometime for hours and it
will come and go without any reason that we can see. We have tried
changing baud rates on both ends, we have increased both scan rate and
timeout on the Foxboro end without any success. When it works, it works
great and when it doesn't it is a killer.
