[foxboro] FBM Connector Pin Removal Tool

We have lost our pin removal tool used for the FBM cable Burndy connectors
that are used in our Industrial Enclosures , IE 32's etc.  Would anyone know
what the Burndy part number is or know of an equivalent tool to do this job.
