[foxboro] FBM 08 - MPOLL Followup

Here's what I found.....FBM will not download, eeprom or go online. Changed
MPOLL to 0 was 7, FBM would download, eeprom and go online.  Changed MPOLL
back to 7, pull pushed FBM, still ok.  (I did not document Rev's with each
step)
 
On a second FBM08 that was in the storeroom.  Installed FBM with MPOLL at 7.
FBM downloaded and eepromed but would not go online.  
 
After Download (would not go online) MPOLL 7
Software REV  80.2  
EEProm REV   40.1
 
After EEPROM (would not go online) MP0LL 7
Software REV  61.1
EEProm REV   61.1
 
Download again  (Went online)  MPOLL 7
Software REV 80.2
EEProm REV  61.1
 
If there are any other combinations to try let me know.  Thanks for all the
help.
