[foxboro] FBI10E Block not visible from SMDH

Hello ,
I have configured a ECB Block for FBM1...
But its not visible in SMDH, Its a CP60 which has FBI10E and 100 Series 
FBMs,

Note : In this CP we have two FBI10E Configured.

Following were tried...
Delete / Undelete were tried but not successful.
Deleted the block and recreated still not possible.

Do I need to Download All from the same CP , The plant is running so I do 
not want to take the risk.
