[foxboro] "F" box USB Keyboards

Were having some issue with F box keyboards, some keys work, other don't.  I
have a brand new out of the box keyboard and it has the same symptoms but
with different keys.  I've changed to a different USB port and tried it on
another box, symptoms are the same.  Is there any known issues with USB
keyboards?  Is it ok to unplug them and plug them back in or is there a
command we should run?
