The previous thread led Terry to suggest an enhancement. That led me to wonder if everyone is aware of the new Product Enhancement Request (PER) button on the Global Product Support website (http://support.ips.invensys.com). The PER button lets you submit a form to the 'Product Management' group within Development run by Steve Young. This group has the responsibility to manage the roadmap for our product line and one of the main feeds to it is the PER form. Matt DeAthos is charged with herding the cats to get timely answers to each submittal. The answers are supposed to include some of the reasoning related to the disposition of the request. This approach is new to us and we are working out the kinks, but we want to make it work. At the risk of overwhelming Matt (and making him really mad at me :)), give it a try.
