[foxboro] Display Manager: Write a string value of a DM variable to C:B.P while opening a display

Hi List!

The Display Manager Commands (B0193DF) handbook contains many commands =
but I miss a way to set a SN0001 parameter with the contents of a DM =
variable (while executing a dm script).

Did I overlooked somewhat?
