[foxboro] Decimals in AIM*Historian - ODBC returned data

We implemented a data report using following ODBC call in excel, but returned 
data has no decimal.

=SQL.REQUEST("DSN=AIM_Historian;AP=S00001;DB=Reduction";;4;"SELECT '"&B$7&"' 
FROM '"&B$1&"'  WHERE (Source='"&B$6&"' and Time BETWEEN {ts '"&$C$3&"'} And 
{ts '"&$C$4&"'})";TRUE)

Any idea  how to get the data with, at least, one decimal.
