[foxboro] Daylight savings and OSI PI

I hate these 2 times of the year ... daylight saving time changes. Every
time I think I've fixed the problem, it resurfaces 6 months later.
We're running ver 4.3 with one ethernet port to OSI PI ver 3 (NT). The PI
data is showing flatline for the most recent hour and the data is updating
prior to that, so I know that PI & I/A are communicating. But the
timestamps are obviously off. A couple of things I'd like to correct ...
most immediately, to get the PI & I/A back in sync with each other ... the
second, to syncronize the clocks between the PI server and the I/A (and
hopefully our network IS servers, so users don't see a different PI time
from their PCs). The servers lose time relative to each other by about 30
minutes/year. Since I have no control over the network time, I'm probably
forced to use that as the standard.
Any help would be appreciated.
