[foxboro] DM Color Refreshing on 7.1 F Box

I am having a problem with the incorrect colors on a DM display
until a refresh of the screen is done. The case in point is at
our brine field where we installed two F boxes running 7.1. One of
them is an AW and the other a WP. We use two wire, select and toggle
methods of turning pumps on and off. What happened is the operators
see a pump on the screen, ( both WP and AW ) is green, ( On State )
select the pump on the AW then toggle it. The pump turns off in the
field, the color changes to red on the WP but stays green on the AW.
He can then toggle the pump again on the AW and it will turn on in
the field, Change to Green on the WP and stay green on the AW.
Numeric values continue to update on the screen when it is behaving
this way. When you do a previous, previous display the pumps and
motors will have the correct colors and will continue to work
properly for some undetermined time. Has anyone else experienced
this sort of problem and have you found a solution to the problem?
