[foxboro] CpUtils question

Hi,
I am trying to extract a list of all AIN blocks and their ranges from a
version 6.1 system.  In searching the archives I saw a reference to a
CpUtils listing on the cassandra site.  However I did not find any
files by that name when I looked at the site.  Do these files still
exist on Cassandra and if so where can I find them.  Thanks.
