[foxboro] Communicating to FoxNet via ACCP & FCG

Hi,
 
Has anyone on the list had practical experience getting communication working 
to FoxNet using an ACCP and FCG?
 
Specifically, are there any diagnostics/procedures that you know of to 
establish communications?
 
We are trying to get a new installation running ...
