[foxboro] Can not ADD or Modify Reduction Groups in Legacy Historian V6.2.1

Fellows,

We just found that we can not ADD or MODIFY reduction groups in Legacy
Historian at V6.2.1, actually there are 8 Reduction groups configured and
working properly. Last Reduction group modification was done long time ago.

Any idea or suggestion?

Also, need to retrieve data using ODBC from "cascade" Reduction Groups,
actually we retrieve it from "regular" reduction groups but get nothing when
accesing "cascade" groups.
