[foxboro] CP Time Error

  
I am trying to initialize a CP that has only its ECB.  The CP got
initialized for couple of times.  Later I got the error as shown in the
CSV file.

 

The UC file also shows some different time stamp.

 

I tried the following and it did not help:

 

*       Reboot the CP
*       Reboot the host
*       Change the CP with a new one
*       Copy the .init file and rename to .UC
*       Tried to access the CP using ICC still the same error comes up.
