Hi list,
I have a "little" architecture problem and perhaps someone of you has the
solution.
We have to connect an I/A Series node (V6.11) to another site where we want
to install a new node. These two nodes are in different town. We have a
specialised line (private phone line) to connect the two site.
In the first site, we have AW51E, AW51B and AW51D on a LAN (V6.11).
In the second one, we would like to install an AW70 or AW51D to communicate
with an Siemens PLC (S7-400).
My problem is : How to connect the two AWxx for having the same functions on
the two. (Same display, same ICC config if we have to dialog with the PLC
from the two site)
And on the new site, if the communication is lost, the local node will
continue to work.
I hope you understand my question.
Thanks
