[foxboro] Annunciator Panel Volume Problem

Hi list,

Today I had a problem with the annunciator panel volume. I configured a
button and rebooted the station. When the machine restarted the operators
noted that the volume of the alarms was lower. So I checked the dip
switches, toggled dip 1 to the OFF position (it was ON) and rebooted the
station assuming this will  solve the problem. To my surprise, after
rebooting the annunciator volume remains the same. Any idea of what the
problem could be?
The panel is attached to a WP51D.
