[foxboro] An admin request for judicious quoting

Folks,

I don't mean to be rapping people's knuckles over list mails, but please
take 5 seconds to scroll down to the bottom of your postings and clean
up by cropping out some of the flotsam put there by the corporate
mailers in the form of automatic disclaimers and such. The messages are
hitting the size limits and will not be passed on to the list.

Or better yet, just quote the relevant parts of the message you're
responding to, as good e-mail etiquette dictates.
