Does anyone know what the following error means?
07-09-09 13:54:36:0   0 SYSMON =  SM7101 71GW09 Process = sm_trans1
GW30SS 000003 Could not post xmit request to Queue ID 7 error code is 13

Trying to determine if GW or PLC issue.
