The BAO parameter in AIN blocks has three possible values:
0= No generation of Bad alarms.
1= Bad alarm generation if the FBM or FBC has Bad status.
2= Bad alarm generation in the measurement (MEAS or OUTPUT parameter) of a PID
block family, RATIO block, or BIAS block when the MEAS or OUT parameter is
connected to the AIN block.
I'm trying to use the last option but I haven't got lucky yet. When the IO bad
alarm comes, nothing happens in the downstream blocks.
Does anybody in the list use this? How it works?
Thanks in advance,
Ignacio
