[foxboro] Aim* upgrade/replacement

Hi list,
We have a system (6.4 and Mesh), and only use Aim* as our historian. We would
like to upgrade/replace Aim*, and would like to know our options.
In addition to the normal collection of process data, we want to collect
messages (operator action journal, system alarms and process alarms). We would
like to keep trending capabilities on the DCS.
We would like to do this with a single historian.
We would like the ability to purge/restore the messages independently from the
process data.
