[foxboro] AW70 password not responding

We have AW70 (XP SP1) as OPC server connected to Nodebus through NCNI/RCNI. The 
username Fox password and Administrator password are changed (due to some 
reason)
 
"The system could not log you on. The server authenticating you reported an 
error (oxC00000BB). You can find further details in events log. Please report 
this error to system administrator."
 
I assume may be some one has changed the passwords. Can anyone suggest how to 
reset or change.
