[foxboro] AW70 CSA

A standalone AW70 soft CP used for development was initialized. When the old 
saveall is loaded to it, the ICC api barks about the compound already existing. 
 Foxselect still shows all the old compounds, even after clear and reconnect.  

Checkpoint, reboot PC, swift kick, threats, etc.,  has been done.

If I remember correctly, there is a file that needs to be edited. Any ideas?
