[foxboro] AW51E1 IPC Resources

anybody out there have a feel for kernel tuning parameters
I have been adding A:O.S applications progressivley over the last year or=
 so (for Connoisseur) and bump into problems related to semaphores, Share=
d Memory and Message Queues
I have been changing /etc/system parameters a bit randomly as i have no b=
asis for my values
Generic UNIX Administration advises against arbitrarily raising these par=
ameters

my current symptom is FoxView can't open overlays or select while FoxDraw=
 is open
