[foxboro] AW51D, Sun Ultra 5 machine

Dear All,
I have problem in AW51D box hardware which is Sun Ultra 5 , 360 MHz. I have
sourced a Sun Ultra 5 with 270 MHz.
Please comment whether the "270 MHz" machine's hardware will run ok with
Foxboro, if we put original hard disk into it.
Also if we replace the box, do we have to change some configuration as host
address or else somewhere in AW51D with I/A version 6.1.1 .
