[foxboro] AW and WP51D RAM expansion.

Dear fellows:
We want to increase RAM in ours AW51D and WP51D, actually 128MB and 64MB, but
we are not sure which Ultra 5-10 model (360, 440, 333, etc) 51D box is.
We plan to use "256mb kit (2pcs of 128mb edo dimm) 50ns p/n 370-3798" used
dimms, question here is if it will add RAM or replace existing ones.
Thanks in advance for sharing your experience in this matter.
