[foxboro] ATS

Hi List,

Yesterday our 'old' nodebus - system (Windows based) was connected to our
V8 mesh systems, via a fault tolerant ATS.

From now on, the operators can control both the old nodebus world
(controller types MG30FT, CP40FT, CP60FT) an the new mesh world (controller
types ZCP270FT) from the same WP70's.
