[foxboro] ALARM RETURN TO NORMAL TIME STAMP

In the Current Alarm Display;
When alarms return to normal time stamp is not change to the return to
normal time,
it displays the same alarm state time.

Do anybody knows how to let the return to normal time appears when
alarms return to normal?
Is there any configuration in the I/A system files? or in the alarm
manager configurator files?
