We are having an issue with trends on the AW's which use RFH servers to
display trend data from the AIM Historian.
When the operators call up a trend, the data displayed is time-slipped by
one hour. E.G. if an event occurs at, say, 9:00AM, on the trend it shows as
8:00 AM. Also, the latest 1 hour of trend data is a flat line @ 0.00.
Data on the AIM historian shows correctly (i.e. a 9:00 AM event shows as
9:00 AM). Remote AIM Explorer/Datalink clients see correct data.
We have checked DST and TZ settings and RFH Timezone settings - all seem
correct.
It appears as if the AW's believe the Historian server is running in
Daylight Saving time, but we can find no parameters to toggle or set that
will correct the problem.
Regards,
Barry Heap
