[foxboro] AIM* migration

Gentlemen:
As always, asking for some advice from the experts...
We are thinking about updating our 6.5.1 Solaris based system to 8.0 =
=3D
windows. But..., it seems AIM* historians can't be moved. In order to =
=3D
access "old" history we'll have to keep a machine in 6.5.1 (or solaris). =
=3D
Is this true? If so, why AIM* don=3DB4t have tools to port data between =
=3D
Windows and Solaris platforms?
