[foxboro] AB Question

This is a little off the Foxboro subject but were needing some info on best
practice of setting up a message block (MSG) between two AB PLC5's,  the
info then gets read to the DCS thru a INT30.  We've set up many MSG blocks
in the past but all are done a little bit differently.  Any help would be
appreciated, contact me off list if necessary.
