List,
I've posted a couple of programs that I have written
over the past year on my webpage (www.calcview.com in
the downloads section) for anybody that is interested.
The first, ICCReporter, is a report generator that can
print a variety of reports based on an ICC driver task
dump (or a directory of dumps). I use it for listing
all of the IO points configured on a system and to get
a list of all of configured alarms. I'm sure there are
many other uses. The reports are very easy to customize.
The second utility, ICCCompare, is for comparing two
ICC driver task dumps. It'll print the differences by
compound:block.parameter - much more useful than using
a program like diff. There's an example of the output
on the web page if you are interested.
Also, they are both written in Java so they'll run on
windows and solaris. You'll also need to know how to
use the ICC Driver Task. There's a couple of scripts
described on the web page in the FAQ section to make it
a little easier.
Hope somebody finds these useful,
Tod Baudais

P.S. The source code is there too so if anybody comes
up with improvements they'd like to share, send them to
me so I can post them. Thanks.
