[foxboro] 51F USB Mouse

We just upgraded several machines to the new 51F and are using the USB
extenders to get out to the control room for the trackball and keyboard.  We
have the problem of the USB devices not working after the power is lost to
the USB extenderor or if the USB cable is disconnected.  The only way I have
been able to get them working again is to telnet into the machine and reboot
it.  Does anyone know a way to get the machine to automatically find the USB
devices after re-connection or a command that can be run to find the USB
device again?
