Update to scoring spreadsheet

A few more tweaks to the scoring spreadsheet have been made to get it
right...increasing the maximum deviation allowed for point scoring for
the properties for which we had already increased the experimental
uncertainty. Note that these changes have been made by the benchmark
sub-team who have not had any access to or knowledge of the entries
that have been submitted.
If you've already downloaded the spreadsheet before receiving this
message, download it again since it has been updated.
