Another scoring spreadsheet update

The beta testers found more errors in the scoring spreadsheet
formulas. Setting up the proper logic in these convoluted Excel
formulas seems to have been a research project unto itself. The
formulas have now been written in a much more concise and less
error-prone form, and hopefully they have all been corrected now.
Please download the spreadsheet again if you want to calculate the proper score.
