I've read good things about openbravo erp. They have pre-configured virtual
appliances for download. It is also included in the Ubuntu partner repository
in 10.04, so installation should be simple. I don't have accounting experience
or experience with either product... just wanted to throw that out there.

Good to know. Maybe your install experience married with my accounting
knowledge will help us both. I agree that the documentation is light and high
level. Tom From: fgmlug-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

it, but found it a bit lacking, needed some better documentation to go with it
to figure it all out, as I do not have a book-keeping background.
ChuqI am planning on attending. Only presentation I have are questions. I am
in the process of installing LedgerSMB and have some uncertainties. Perl,
Apache, and PostgreSQL seem to have installed. But I have not yet tried to
install LedgerSMB. Several questions if people want to focus on that process.
