":root:namespace:nestednamespace:nestednamespace2"

I'm sorry that I did not get back to you sooner. I had been working on a number of other problems and features in fckgLite and they just took over all my attention.
You are right. You can omit namespace:page in the native Dokuwiki editor if the anchor and the #hash ref are on the same page. But fckgLite seems to lose the #hash after more than two levels of nesting, if the #hash is not explicitly preceded by namespace:page. If you use the fckgLite editor to create your links, however, you can create #hash references to same page anchors from any level of nesting. It creates these links as follows: 

   [[:namespace:nestednamespace:nestednamespace2#test|here]]

I'll keep this in mind for a future update.
