[fb-exchange] Re: O2 double credit

As far as I'm aware Cearbhall, it's only available on the Vodafone Network,
which I'm on, and have informed others of it.  I find it great!

I don't therefore know if 02 customers can avail of it, or any other 
Network's customers either for that matter!
