Volevo chiedervi come si può ottenere la lista di tutti i pacchetti
installati, e anche un chiarimento sugli USE:

man qpkg
(o emerge gentoolkit se non l'hai installato)

io mettevo anche il più (USE="+ipv6")! ecco perche' non faceva!
