Hi, all, reminder that we meet Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor
conference room. For those of you who’d like to teleconference in, the number
is 605-475-4000, Code 506900# —
As one of the items of business is setting the meeting time, note below the
responses we received to our polling about that. If you’ve been meaning to get
back to us on that and haven’t done so yet, please do.
Next week’s schedule of activities and events is up on the web site.

Poll responses for meeting times:
• Sunday 10
• M or Thursday at 7 would work better for me. Thank you.
• Anything later on any day of the week except Wed 7 pm your time would be
better for me, in California. Thanks
• Dear Peter, Thank you for your message. I don't have a strong preference
about the meeting times. With gratitude for all of your work on behalf of the
CCB residents and families. Take care
• As I answer these I see how difficult a weekday meeting might be to schedule.
One thing we didn’t ask about was a lunchtime meeting. [I’d likely have to call
in for that one but could often make it]. Thanks for taking the poll. I just
keep trying to figure out how to get more people involved with F&F. Maybe the
new ads running in the Journal will help! — Phone is fine for me, in person, if
convenient would be great — I can make via phone and am happy to continue that
way. — if it was later in the day on either one of those [Sun, Sat], I could
often combine my visit w my mom with an in person meeting — In general 5 or 6
is probably best. Depending on the week, I have long standing board or
committee meetings occasionally, but busy first thursday eve, until Sept 3rd wed
• Sunday @ 10am Eastern time — I’d prefer: Sunday @__1 or__2 pm__

Families and Friends of 100 Centre St., Brookline, supports
the quality of life of residents living there. We work with
residents and the administration on developing programs and
activities that encourage the residents' children and other
family members to interact, get involved in the social life
of the building, and support each other with the challenges
of aging.
