[f2g] Fanfic To Go: new rec list

I hope I'm not sending y'all too much junk email.  If so, just let me know!

I just added a rec list to F2G, where everyone can go and post thoughts on any 
of the fics in the archive.  I hope this is helpful!  Please go check it out 
and add some thoughts on your fave fics for others to read.  :-)

And totally minor, I fixed the font size problem for Netscape users. Hooray!
