This is happening because there is no SMTP address in the user
properties. So please go to the user properties and add one smtp address
manually.

Subject: [exchangelist] x500 encapsulated address

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello,

I have a user on Exchange 5.5 whose address now shows in X500
encapsulated format such as...
<IMCEAEX-_O=testdomain_OU=test+2ECA_CN=RECIPIENTS_ > ...etc. He is the
only one with this problem. I have a mixed mode Exchange environment
(E2K3 and E5.5)

Does anyone know what the cause might be? and how to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Ghassan
