With Robert suggestion - you can call this public folder with any name
you want and your user will not be able to read what inside.

If you don't want to do it through public folder - when you right click
the mailbox store and in the properties select on the General Tab to
Archive you can browse to select the user that will get all mails coming
in or going out.

        Hi Hakam,

This is very simple. Create a public folder and give everyone
write access, though not read access. Go to the exchange system
manager, right click the private message store (mailbox store) and tick
where it says "Arcive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this
store" and choose the public folder you created :)

        Regards,
