Hi Monika, Since this is a new installation, I would suggest considering CSV formatted file and CSVDE.EXE utility, which can be used to import CSV files into the AD. CSVDE gets installed when you install the Windows Support tools. DSADD is another tool that can be used to add users from command line or batch file, but I have not used it intensively. Read the following link for more info on CSVDE, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;327620&Product=e xch2k I would just create the user object without mailboxes first using the CSVDE. Then I would use the ADUC interface to select all the users, and collectively Establish an Exchange mailbox for them. This is easy and relatively trouble free. Thanks.
