RE: user not receiving messages

Mike, from a workstation, start Outlook from the Start - Run prompt
using "Outlook /CleanRules". Wait for the Outlook to open, wait a few
minutes, and close Outlook normally. Try to open Outlook again normally,
check if it works.

Local mail arrives OK (OWA to OWA).  Thus is a stand-alone Exxhang 2003
server, all in one (no separate FE/BE servers).  No spam/virus filters
are
runing.
