Re: unable to start MS Outlook

We are currently using  Outlook 2000 with Exchange 5.5. She uses to logon
without any problem until I upgrade to Outlook 2003 it was working fine
and suddenly it stops. I removed 2003 version and roll back to Outlook
2000 still any luck. I had a previous case but when I rolled it back its
working fine until now. However this particular user cannot get access at
all (2000 and 2003)
 I dont want her to loose her previous e mail.
Please Help
