unable to send mail to hotmail alone

hi
i have exch2003 with2003 with leased line connectivity.from past 4 dayz my
mails to any hotmail user is not going and held up in queue in retry
mode.but for all other its working fine.
cannot solve this issue.
i tried to force the connection in queue,
i checked event viewer also it has given following MS_excahange transport
errors
ERROR1  event id 7004 source is MXEXCHANGE TRANSPORT category SMTP
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection
#27. The remote host "80.227.40.2", responded to the SMTP command
"xexch50" with "504 Need to authenticate first  ". The full command sent
was "XEXCH50 2304 2  ".  This will probably cause the connection to fail.

ERROR2
source MSEXCHANGE TRANSPORT category SMTP event id 7010

This is an SMTP protocol log for virtual server ID 1, connection #26. The
client at "221.140.55.106" sent a "rcpt" command, and the SMTP server
responded with "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for smtphunter@xxxxxxxx  ". The
full command sent was "rcpt TO: <smtphunter@xxxxxxxx>".  This will probably 
cause the
connection to fail.
